Ross Butler was celebrated photographer, songwriter, painter, sculptor, as well as Jersey cow and Poultry breeder.

One of his unique sculpturing masterpieces was the highlight of the Canadian National Exhibition in 1952. It was a life-size butter sculpture of Queen Elizabeth and her horse, Winston.
