Once
home to business man, and Haldimand MP FR Lalor, the Lalor estate
Inn is a well-preserved late Victorian, early Edwardian mansion
with a fascinating history. FR Lalor was not only the MP of Haldimand
for 17 years, but he also was one of the founding members the Monarch
knitting mill companies - until recently, one of Canada's largest
employers. The Estate's current owners, Judy and Glen Bruff, have
a dream to preserve and protect the heritage and history of the
home for the people of Ontario. |
