Description

The continual growth of Port Stanley brought new families to the beach constantly throughout the summer months. One of the many attractions associated with the water and the port was The Olga. It was a short scenic cruise along Lake Erie's busy shore.

However, on a fateful day in June, 1942, the overflowing ship would captize a short distnace from Port Stanley.
